Orku 20kg Fine Calcium Sulphate Gypsum Powder is a food grade dihydrate powder used as a solidifying agent, coagulant, anti-caking agent and dough improver. It is also used in brewing as a filter and to support fermentation, and in the manufacture and solidifying of tofu.
