Orku 5kg Fine Calcium Sulphate Gypsum Powder is a food grade dihydrate powder used as a solidifying agent, coagulant, desiccant, anti-caking agent, stabiliser, dough improver and leavening agent in the food industry. It is also used in brewing as a filter and to support the fermentation process, and in the making and solidifying of tofu.
