Orku Calcium Sulphate is a very fine, free-flowing, odourless and tasteless white gypsum powder used as a food additive and in brewing. It acts as a solidifying agent, coagulant, desiccant, anti-caking agent, stabiliser, dough improver and leavening agent, and in brewing it works as a filter while supporting the fermentation process.
