Orku 10kg Fine Calcium Sulphate Gypsum Powder is a food grade dihydrate powder used as a solidifying agent, coagulant, dough improver and brewing aid. This very fine, free-flowing white powder is odourless and tasteless, making it easy to incorporate into food and brewing applications.
