Orku Fine Calcium Sulphate Gypsum Powder is a very fine, free-flowing, odourless and tasteless white powder used as a solidifying agent, coagulant, desiccant, anti-caking agent, stabiliser, dough improver and leavening agent in the food industry. It is also used in brewing as a filter and to help the fermentation process, as well as in the manufacturing and solidifying of tofu.
