This product is designed to withstand mild weather conditions including light winds and rain, but it is not intended as a permanent or semi-permanent structure. It is for occasional use and should not be left erected for more than one day. Because the item has a large surface area, it must be adequately secured to prevent damage or injury from wind. The fixing method required depends on the circumstances and location of use, and the user is responsible for deciding how and where the item is used and how it is secured. In some situations, such as wind-sheltered courtyards, sandbags and light guy ropes may be sufficient; in others, the structure may need to be guyed to fixed structures, heavy sandbags, or a combination of both. The seller is not liable for any accidental, consequential, incidental or indirect damages of any kind (including loss of business) arising from the use or inability to use the product, and liability for any claims is limited to the purchase price of the product unless such limitation is prohibited by law.
