Simplecom SA536 USB-C to M.2 and SATA 2-in-1 Adapter, 10Gbps

The Simplecom SA536 is a 2-in-1 USB adapter with both SATA and M.2 sockets, giving you one plug-and-play solution for accessing most common storage drives. Connect a 2.5" or 3.5" SATA HDD/SSD or an NVMe/SATA M.2 SSD and swap drives without installing them into an enclosure or PC tower.

A toggle switch lets you quickly select between SATA and M.2 modes, and the USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface supports read and write speeds up to 10Gbps. The included external power supply lets the adapter power and access desktop 3.5" SATA hard drives, while 2.5" SATA drives and M.2 SSDs are powered by USB alone. It is suited to data migration, data backup and fast access to SATA HDDs and M.2 SSDs.

Important Notes

• External power is not required when using a 2.5" SATA drive or M.2 SSD; these can be powered by USB.
