Important Usage Notes

• Some unpleasant odour may occur during sanitising due to the UV light action combined with wet towels or tools.
• Maximum operating time: up to 8 hours per day.
• Do not leave towels in an operating machine for more than 2 hours.
• Always ensure towels are inside the warmer while it is switched on. Operating the unit without towels may cause damage.
• Leaving towels in an operating machine for extended periods may cause discolouration and stiffness.
• Failure to follow operating instructions may damage the machine and void the warranty.

Ongoing Care Instructions

• Before first use, clean the towel warmer with a slightly wet towel (new units may have iron powder on seals and inside for protection).
• Clean and wipe the machine daily at the end of the day after use.
• Failure to follow these instructions may lead to buildup over time, which could cause rusting or other issues.
• If rusty marks appear, use a soft or mild rust cleaner or natural option and wipe gently.
• Keep the unit in a well-ventilated area.
