Note

Pure neem seed oil becomes thicker at cooler temperatures and softer at hotter temperatures. Bottle shape and transparency may vary slightly depending on bottle availability.

This neem oil is 100% pure and starts to thicken and eventually solidify when the temperature drops below 18–19 degrees, much like coconut oil. Simply warm it in warmish water or in the sun for a few minutes and it will return to its original viscosity. No harm is done and the quality remains the same.
