How to Use

• Teeth whitening: Dip a spare toothbrush in water with a dab of charcoal powder and gently brush your teeth. For best results leave on for 3 minutes before rinsing. Can be done daily to achieve the desired whiteness, then weekly to maintain.
• Clarifying face mask: Mix 1/4 teaspoon of charcoal powder with 2 teaspoons of Bentonite Clay and approximately 2 teaspoons of water to form a paste. Apply evenly to the face and neck, avoiding the sensitive skin around the eyes and lips, and leave to dry for about 7 minutes. Wash off and pat dry, then finish with your normal moisturiser or facial oil such as jojoba for extra dry skin. Use once or twice a week.
