How to Use

• Add one cup of Himalayan bath salt when you start running the water for a standard salt bath
• Most of the salt crystals will dissolve by the time the bath is ready
• An ideal water temperature is about 37 degrees Celsius to match your body's natural temperature
• Avoid using bath additives, soaps or oils
• Soak for 20 to 30 minutes
• After the bath, allow the skin to air dry naturally rather than towel drying or rubbing dry
