Care and Character

This hand-crafted Mother of Pearl furniture is expertly made, giving each piece a unique character of its own. Small markings, smudges, glue spots and other subtle details may be present and all contribute to its one-of-a-kind look. Patterns may differ from those shown in the original photos. These details are not faults and are instead part of the charm of hand-crafted items.

This product is made from both natural Capiz and Mother of Pearl shell and is covered with a protective lacquer. It will slightly discolour due to light, heat and atmospheric conditions and will eventually age to a slight yellow tinge; this is natural wear and is not a fault. To minimise the effect, avoid direct sunlight and heat, and clean only with a lint-free dry cloth. Cleaning chemicals and damp cloths will cause damage. Do not use outdoors and do not place near heat or sunlight, as this may cause fading.
